Yesterday, as I booked my bike in for its 12500 km service, David opened the chain guard and got grease all over his hands as he personally checked up on a comment I had made about the chain tension.
This is the same guy who has offered to fit a headlamp bulb, when I purchased it.
I have had a motorcycle since 1966, so I know all about dealerships and customer care. At this branch I am known by name, and always assisted with the greatest enthusiasm, respect and cheerfulness!
