Telkom called and offered me a 'complimentary' phone, l was actually not aware that l'm being upgraded. I then lost my Blackberry and, when l called them to block it, they blocked the 'complimentary' phone. I have called numerous times and even went to the Telkom direct store and everytime l was promised the 'complimentay ' device would be working within 48 hours, it's a month now and the phone is still not working. Please fix this mess or cancel the contract, l will not pay for a device that does not work.
