After struggling with different functions on our phones I took it in to the Cell C branch in Tygervalley to be repaired. I was informed at another branch that the turn around time was quicker at this branch as they were doing in house repairs. Well this is not true as the phones ended up being send to Midrand for repairs.

My brand new Blackberry Z10 whose screen freezes and the battery only lasts for half a day, my daughters Blackberry 9300 whose scroll packed up and my son's Blackberry 9380 that heats up and burns your hands was send off for repairs with the promise that it takes three weeks to be repaired. It is two weeks ago and when handing in a received a rubbish loan phone that does in no way compare to my Z10 and yet I have to pay the same installment this month.

I feel that we are receiving very bad service from Cell C as our expectation was to receive a similar or a phone with more or less the same functionality of ours as a loan. To top it all I am now receiving sms's to pay money for the repairs of the phones without any indication of what I am paying for. I took out my contract for the Z10 in June this year and now have to pay for repairs. What is going on Cell C!!!
