Exceptional service and assistance

We ordered a Telkom line and the deposit was paid. When I followed up on the progress of the installation the call centre agent said she cant find the order. I went to Telkom at The Bridge and Mandy Bruwer -Sales Consultant assisted me and also reinstated my now all of a sudden cancelled order. Everything done in a couple of minutes. Thanks Mandy Bruwer, Telkom should employ more people like you.
