Packet Switched Data Calls

Firstly I have been using MTN for years now and never had a problem. I recently upgraded my contract to the S4 in July 2013. I was charged my normal R399 for July, August and September. I noticed my battery had become swollen and gave me problems so MTN gave me a new phone as it was still under 6 months. Ever since i received the new S4 MTN have been charging me with Packet Switched Data Calls. Firstly why are they only charging me with it now and not before and secondly i have wifi at home which mean im never using any data from MTN so why the are you guys charging me bills of R800 and R1000 for the months of October and November??? I will be heading to MTN this weekend and they better sort this out. Im sick of having to go to the N1 City and Tygervalley branch and no one can help me or even explain to me what the Packet Switched Data Calls are. Oh and if nothing gets sorted out i will be putting a stop order on MTN and taking them to court. I can not believe how pathetic MTN has become. Really furious...
