My name is Rakesh and I requested online from Telkom for a call centre agent to contact me regarding the 10gb LTE line on the 15/10/2013. A consultant did contact me by the name of Mohamed, he requested all my details online, which I had provided. he then told me he will get back to me about the delivery of my LTE line, which he clearly did not. I went to a Telkom mobile shop on the 27/10.2013, to find out the progress on my contract, only to find out that nothing was captured on the system and they could not find my details. telkom should at least have the decency to inform people out the outcome of their contracts. I called the call centre again on the 29/10/2013, only for the consultant to advise me that I should now go back to the Telkom Mobile shop to take the contract out... Telkom has a bunch of working there period!!!
