4 Weeks to fix our line - just order another line

Telkom took 4 weeks to fix a fault that was located eventually on our property. The only way we could get any service was to order a new telephone line and once the new installation technicians arrived they fixed our current problem in 40 minutes.

So next time Telkom does not fix your fault order another line, the new line people know what they are doing. Then when its fixed just cancel the new line and use your old one.
Any other course of action is futile and leads to hours of frustration.

Gee I wonder why your share price is falling Telkom???
