Illing problem

I took out a contract that was supposed to be R299 a month that gives me 100 mins talk time, 100 smses and 100 mb data. Also R100 threshold extra. That means I can get billed a maximum of R399 a month. I paid two instalments so far both over R700 .Can someone explain that? I was so scared that I took my sim out into another phone just to receive calls and smses now they sent me an sms saying ive reached my limit. PLEASE TELL ME HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? I HAVE NOT MADE ANY CALLS NOR SENT ANY SMSES?? It also cannot be the data because the internet browser doesnt work on that phone because it is a blackberry and it needs BIS for the browser to work. I need some one to explain this because right now it feels like this company is a sham and I need to go to court with this.
