Hi
Please can somebody explain why warranty is revoked on the basis that there is minor physical damage that is not related to the reason the phone is malfucntioning. A small chip that i have had for months cannot be sufficient reason to revoke my warranty. Initially I was told that the ARC will assess and advise on the case of the damage and will decide whether it is in or outside warranty. When I called the ARC, i was told that regardless of the reason the phone is malfunctioning, the warranty is automatically revoved - how one-sided!! Your warranty policy on devices says warrany "could" be revoked not "will". There is a big difference.
Please explain how you decide this before you assess the phone!!!
Regards
