Hi

So far the 8ta has done well but I was totally blown out when I was told my contract limit is been exceeded. I reduced it to be R60.00 but I only sent smses for less than 10 days without making calls as I still have free minutes as well as data.

I wonder what went wrong as I fully know if I send 5 smses I will receive 45 free and every day I've been sending 50 smses.

Guys, this time im not fighting, I wish to get clear explanation as your call center agents did not give me proper explanation.
