Well i dont know where to start. I have cancelled my cellphone contract and paid up the full amount that virgin send me to pay. And then they kept deducting money from my account after i have paid off what they asked me to pay. I have spoken to chris and he said they will refund me the money they deducted. He said they paid it back in november, i checked my bank account but nothing was paid. I asked him to send me proof of payment. Which he didnt and im still waiting for feedback and my refund. I have been fighting with virgin since june, this is very poor customer service. I want my refund paid to me. I am done dealing with such an incompentent company who is not concerned about their customers as they only want money. I am thinking of going to the consumer with this as nothing gets resolved.
