A month or two back I complained about the poor reception for my 3G device. After numerous phone calls it basically came down to that I have poor receptio and it won't change in the near future. I was told that I can can cancel my contract because of this.
I phoned the cancellation department on Monday to do this and was told a new query had to be opened and technicians must be sent out again to confirm the poor signal. All this was doene a month back and needs to be redone. I was told that it's a quick process and I can expect a phone call Thursday (yesterday). I still haven't heard anything... can I please cancel.this contract... or am I going to have to wait months for some proper service.
