GIVEN INCORRECT INFO BY CALL CENTRE

2 weeks ago, I called the call centre to assist me in activating it a 3G DONGLE.. I spoke to a guy who explained the process, then i ASKED HIM, SHOULD I REMOVE THE SMALL SIM CARD (MicroSim) to insert into the dongle.. HE SAID, YES... I removed the small sim card and inserted it into the dougle.. and I said, I will call back if I had any issues..I tried to connect the 3g to my laptop, but there was no connection.. I called again, I explain exactly what happened on the previous call, he advised me that it was wrong to remove the small simCard.. and I explained to him that that's whats 1 of the consultant told me to do.. He then advised me to go a Cell C shop to ask them to assist in removing it, and that I will have to get a sim swap as well..
I went to the Cell C shop in Sandton, and an indian man worked there. they used twizers to try and remove the sim card. it left my dongle partly damaged and simcard still stuck inside.. my account is being debited for bundles i'm not even using. I tried sending a complaint to the email adr, Nthabiseng called me and told me someone will get back to me but no feedback ever since. I need someone to listen to the call and fix this, refund my bundles.
