Cell C
No reception, and no one cares

I have no cell reception at my house at all, calls constantly drop or just go straight to voice mail. in other areas the reception is poor and voice quality is poor. I have complained at the stores, write letters to cell c, filled out forms to the technicians. on only one occasion I was called back and promised a tower will be put buy the end of the month that was 3 months ago. I want to cancel my contract as soon as possible
