AFRIHOST BAD SERVICE, BAD COMM, DONT USE THEM

Before Afrihost could deliver my data device, they took R168.29 on 07/12/2013 from my bank account. They then delivered the wrong device sim (3G dongle) which I sent back with THEIR choice of courier. I phoned them and after a long battle and bad attitude from their side, they understood that I actually wanted the data device (MiFi device). Must admit this was my mistake, i ordered incorrectly. They then took another R190.58 from my account on 11/12/2013. Why they could not take the balance between what they already took and the new amount, i really don't know. On 26 Dec 2013 i received yet another invoice to the amount of R270. I phoned them to inquire about this, as the 3G dongle was still on this invoice. They promised to sort it out and that someone will phone me back, till today 3 Jan 2014, NOBODY bothered to phone me back. I want the difference of all the amounts refunded to me asap. Don't use them! great Sales, bad after service. Let see whether this can be sorted out??
