Incompetence in the Accounts Department

I'm a HUGE fan of Afrihost, and have business uncapped ADSL, a dedicated server, and three mobile products through them. Despite pressure from guys at Teraco and IS to move, I've loyally stuck with Afrihost. But their accounts department is an absolute mess! Here's what went down: I ordered a second Mobile Two product with a device with a promo code given to me by Afrihost on Twitter. Despite indications that the device was free, when I received an invoice for R951 I queried it, which took a WEEK of dealing with 7 different accounts people to resolve. Upon discovering that only my first device was free, I promptly cancelled the service, as I had not yet received the device. I was told my R950 would be refunded. We are now weeks later, and not only have I not been refunded, but Afrihost have taken R700 more off my card (R3210) than invoiced for (R2600) with no indication as to what the extra R700 is for. I'm now out-of-pocket R1650 that is either due back to me or unaccounted for. I want my refund, and I want invoices to reflect what is actually due, Afrihost, else I'm gone along with my R2600 monthly spend.
