I ordered my new mobile device from Afrihost on the 20th August. It shows on the client zone that it was handed to the courier on the 30th August

It is th 5th september and I still have no device? I phoned the call centre they gave me a refernce number and told me to phone the courier - turns out that the waybill number that Afrihost supplied me with does not exist...
