Tuesday I ordered the 3GB 7GB with MiFi device, I didn't realize that the device was not LTE enabled and that the 7GB will end on November.
The device has not been delivered, so never used anything and I also checked the coverage and saw that there's no coverage in my area.
I then saw an offer at Telkom, which offers the LTE device and has coverage in my area. I applied for that and got it.
As my sim and device has not been received yet, I've been emailing Afrihost to cancel it, but been getting no response.
I've been charged for it and haven't even used it as I don't have it yet.
