I pre-ordered a mifi device.
Received an invoice for it.
When I inquired about the status of the delivery, I was sent an invoice only billing for the insurance.
I then inquired again, and was billed only for the device but far to little, so I phoned in to tell them.
I have never felt so relaxed phoning a call center. The problem was rectified within minutes.
I wish all the other service providers were this efficient. It just makes you want to do all your business through Afrihost. Well done for getting it right Afrihost.
