We registered our first complaint on our device 3 weeks ago, the call centre assistant advised us that our sim card was registered on another persons name and advised us that it would take 4 hours then the device would be in working order again. we contacted Afrihost again advising that the device is still not working and they advised us to give it another hour. today we tried once more and the device is still not working and the call centre requested to give it 10 minutes again. it's almost a month that I do not have any joy of using the device and I am paying for data that is not available for usage.
