OVERCHARGE WITH THE NEW MiFi DEVICE

I bought the MiFi device as part of your online promotion. Afrihost then sent an e-mail confirming my delivery for September BEFORE the 06. I only received my device on the 16 of September (I have a copy of the delivery note) and started using my device on that day. However, Afrihost had started billing me on the 18 of AUGUST. So I sent an e-mail saying that I should be entitled to a refund because they are charging me for a whole month of a service that they have only provided me for 2 DAYS. Their response? (I am copying directly from the consultant's e-mail: "I have had a look at your account and i see that there has now been usage on the 3G data. I have spoken to my manager in regards to your request for a refund and due to the full amount of 5GB being allocated and the usage now done there will be no refund due." I WILL NOT SPEND 5GB OF DATA IN 2 DAYS!!! YOU WILL BILL ME AGAIN NOW FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU ONLY STARTED SUPPLYING 2 DAYS AGO (INSTEAD OF SINCE THE 18 OF AUGUST). YOU ARE CLEARLY and providing useless replies with a very poor service.

AFRIHOST IS NOT A TRANSPARENT COMPANY.
