I have logged a claim with MTN on 2013-08-19 09:45:17 with Busi, I then noticed that I experienced on my account the same month on number 0810392770. My account was forwarded to legal, when I tried to follow up on my account I was advised to follow up with legal. Legal has now closed the incident and my account is up to date. Going back to claims they advised they can't find my claim. I have been transferred from one department to the other and have had enough of the run around, when contacting the number 0831236084 it rings forever.
