Afrihost has eventually delivered my MiFi device which is great. The personnel at afrihost contacted me and apologized for the mishap I experienced and promised to compensate me. The compensation was a bonus but the time taken by afrihost to contact me and apologize was sufficient. However, I wonder if afrihost would have done what they did if I did not post a complain on HELLOPETER. Thank you
