A warning to anyone looking for an uncapped ISP. Do not sign up with Mweb. Their uncapped is limited and they will slow down your speeds if you exceed the limit. But thats not the problem. The problem is that Mweb cant even tell you what the limit is so basically you cant exceed a limit that you dont even know and if you exceed this mysterious limit, your connection speed will be slowed down severely and youll be paying full price for a connection speed operating at a fraction of the speed you are paying for. So youll only find out youve exceeded the limit when your connection speed is cut then youll have to waste you time and money phoning Mweb and asking them what the issue is with your connection and only then will they tell you that youve exceeded the mysterious limit... after youve spent money on phone bills and airtime. Do you want that in an ISP that promised unlimited uncapped internet when it sold this product and made people sign contracts? Not me. Im moving. Because this is just the beginning. You may not be affected now, but you will be eventually. Do not deal with a company that has no transparency. Do not deal with Mweb. Good riddance Mweb.
