VODACOM IS REFUSING TO FIX PHONE

Vodacom Repair Centr is quoting us R850 to repair a phone they gave to us. My sisters phone has a battery sign with a red cross over it on startup. Took the phone in on 14/09/2013 and it still has not been repaired they claim that the phone was opened/repaired elsewhere before we took It to them. Job number 9314985! I have bee to the store on numerous occassions to dispute this but nothing gets done about it. The Dowlene is the manager and she tells me plain out that they won't fix the phone. We have never taken the phone anywhere else for repairs as I know the warranty because void. We live 10 minutes away from Century City and I have always taken my phone for repairs there when it has a problem but now they are refusing to fix the phone, who knows if they didn't temper with the phone as the phone was opened at the vodashop then at the repair centre in JHB. All I want from them is to fix the phone or give us our original phone back the way it was then we will take it elsewhere to get it fixed. Since they are now shifting blame.
