Faulty data line was reported on 2012/12/20, Service is still down after 14 days. The problem was described as a network fault but no one can offer a satisfactory answer on when the service will be operational.
Telkom service provision is poor to say the least, as one would aspect such a service outage to be addressed within a few days and not a few weeks and still counting. Numerous calls to the call centre proved fruitless as despite their willingness to assist, they could not determine what was being done by the support department.
