Do not be bullied by these people. It is your right to ask for their CFDC registration number, as only registered debt collectors can collect debt. It is also your right to ask for an itemized bill from the company, such as Vodacom. Dispute any costs that are not clearly defined or explained.
Remember, they cannot take money from your bank account without your consent. DO NOT BE BULLIED!
