I upgraded 2 cell contracts on the 12th October with Cell C for 2 x Samsung Galaxy S4's. My daughter realized that there was something wrong with the phone, we took the phone to your repair centre at Century City, it was there for more than 12 days, we eventually fetched the phone on the 17th Nov, under the impression that the phone was fixed. Firstly, when my daughter fetched the phone, nobody bothered to assemble the phone and show her that the phone was fixed, they gave it to her in the box and forgot to giver her the charger. She got home, assembled the phone, she realized that the problem was still there. I called the centre and spoke to the technician Ashley, he was adamant that the phone was repaired. He told me to phone Cell C and get them to see to the phone. Phoned Cell C and they said that they would send the phone away to their offices in Jhb but it would take 21 working days. I phoned Samsung's call centre today, was told that I must take the phone back to Century City where it will be assessed again. I have tried calling the Repair centre at Century City to see if I can bring the phone in and wait while they assess it, nobody is answering. What do I do.
