MTN DIRECT CALL CENTRE SERVICE!

The e-mail below was sent to MTN Cancellations and complaints on the 20/12/2013, I still have not had any response from MTN... Disgusted!

Please advise what steps to follow to have my contract with MTN cancelled. I took out the contract July 30th 2013. Unfortunately my phone needed to go in for a warranty assessment on the 30th November and I was promised that it would take up to a maximum of 2 weeks. It is now 5 weeks later and I still have no phone. I was dealing with a lady by the name of... at your call centre. It has to be said this is the worst customer services consultant EVER. I have been begging and pleading to get her to contact me and up until today I have had no luck. She is always either unavailable or is at work but does not want to speak to me. She has however emailed me Tuesday (17 Dec) promising that she would arrange urgent delivery once the phone is processed. Surely that does not take more than 2- 3 working days. And if it does take longer why hasn't she called me??? I don't see why I have to pay R... for a phone that I haven't seen in a month. Your customer services centre service! There is no other way to put it.
