8ta STILL cannot keep their promises

After my previous complaint which was the following: I have a 8ta cell phone contract that expire on 6 December 2013. I went into their shop in Paarl Mall during October 2013 (more than 30 days in advance) to request them to make my numer a prepaid number. They completed all the forms, but inform me that it can only happen 72 hours after the 6th December 2013, 8 ta send me a SMS stating that the number will be tranfer on 1 Janauary 2014. Today is 2 January 2014. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.
