Nashua Mobile - Please do not go there

I had a contract with Nashua Mobile that expired on the 2nd of November 2013. In September I sent Nashau Mobile an Email with a Termination of subscriber agreement and Migration Request forms. After the 2nd of November I was told my number is now available for porting out of Nashau Mobile and I was told my number will be on prepaid as of the 2nd of December 2013, None of the above has happened, I have been struggling to port out my number and yesterday I found out that my number is still on a month to month contract (despite the confirmation I received from one of their agents stating that my number will be on a prepaid come the 2nd of December).

I have been told that my number can not be ported out because of the information provided by my prospective service provider not matching with whats on their system, blah blah blah.

If anybody can assist me please, I will appreciate your assistance, I am now sitting with two contracts running concurrently, I am now forced to actually change to a new mobile number, This is such an inconvenience.

I urge all those looking for new smart/cell phone contracts to not use Nashua Mobile as they will be milked and treated like captive clients
