I cancelled a contract with mtn as I didn't get what I requested, that was on the 23 December 2013 (Ref number 107481291), and I requested the number to be back on prepaid just like before the contract started. I called mtn on the 27 December 2013 to ask them to put the number back to prepaid, reference number (107563197) and was told to wait 5 working days then my number would work. I called again on the 06 January 2014 because my number was still not working and Joy told me that the number would work by the end of the week Ref number 107809422. I called mtn AGAIN on the 10 January 2014 as my number was still not working and I spoke to Musa (Ref Number 108053740) and he assured me that on the 15 January 2014 my number will be working. Well, guess what? IT ISN'T! I am sick and tired of calling mtn to no avail. THIS IS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE FOR ME AS I AM NOT GETTING A STRAIGHT ANSWER FROM MTN AND I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. THIS IS FRUSTRATING!!!
