Rudi phoned me on Tuesday, the 30th of April because I could upgrade and wanted a Samsung S4. He said that he would order one for me and stock would arrive either the 1st or the 2nd of May. I phone on the afternoon of the 2nd and was told they did get stock, but only Rudi could help me and he is off that day but would be in the next day.
So I phone the next day, only to hear that they gave the phone to someone else and they would get stock again today, 8 May. So today, I am told that the supplier dont have stock and will only be getting in two weeks. Normally this would not upset me this much, but I did order one for me, which they gave to someone else and my current phone is basically broken.
I find the service unacceptable. I have phone the call center numerous times and they say I can't upgrade. Why the confusion?
