IT SAYS I HAVE NO AIRTIME???

Hi,
I've called the call center 3 times and I've been to 3 vodacom branches and nobody knows what's going on. I HAVE airtime. When I phone *111# it shows. When I phone *100# it does not show and it says I have insufficient funds when I try to phone. No matter how many times I load airtime it does NOT show! PLEASE HELP ME OR CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. I'm supposed to have R450 airtime! I would like that please! PLEASE HELP. Nobody I've spoken to can help me! Different phone tried. Sim swap tried. Manual network selection tried. Nothing works! I'm not going to drive to Midrand Vodaworld! It's too far. :(((
