I contacted the Vodashop in Rivonia on the 30 May to enquire about the Samsung Galaxy Chat phone. The gentleman (unfortunately, did not get is name) said to me that they did not have stock and would receiving stock on Monday, 3 June 2013. I asked him if it would be possible to keep one for me and he took my details. I asked him what the price was and he said he would sms it to me. I never received an sms or a phone call. On Monday, 3 June 2013 I contact the store again and spoke to Dominic (who, funny enough sounded very similar to the gentleman I spoke to on the 30th), he said that the information given to me on the 30th was incorrect and that I had to order the phone and I would be able to get in 2 - 3 working days. He again took my details and said he would phone me in 45 min as he has daily reports to do. About 1 and 45 minutes later I called again and was told he was busy with a customer and I left a message. It is now Tuesday, 4 June 2013 and I have had no response. Obviously business must be great because people are too busy to get back to customers. I will obviously be going elsewhere for my phone.
