Last week thursday (6/6/13) I placed an order to upgrade my phone.
Everything went fantastically and I was told I would receive my phone on monday (10/06/13)
or Tuesday (11/06/13) at the very latest.
Today (12/06/13) I have still not received the phone.
After over an hours worth of being bounced around to different departments, some of whom were helpful
and some of whom were EXTREMELY rude or knowledgeable.
I get told that there is no stock on the phone I ordered and that they cannot tell me when I will receive my phone.
Why was I told I would get it on monday?
Why did no one tell me there was no stock?
I demand to receive this unit ASAP.
