Incompitence at its best

For the past 3 months I have been calling to cancel my contract, I have a contract where airtime gets loaded into my account every first day of the month. I took the contract in October 2011 and when 24 months came I phoned and requested that it be cancelled. I was offered an upgrade in which was a Samsung S4 which never came. So then I decided to cancel altogether. I phone and I tell whoever is on the other line that I no longer want that airtime and they tell me its been cancelled but oh my do I get a surprise every month when my account gets debited. Really what do I need to do in order to get this off my back? Like really what?
