Billed my account after contract has cancelled

I cancelled my contract with vodacom on the 3rd of Jan 2014, my contract ended in November 2013, I was debited R 759.00 in Nov, for airtime and handset, dec for airtime and handset, and now for R 759.00 for airtime and handset and I did not even receive any airtime. I spoke to Nadira and she said my account will be debited again in March 2013, she told me that I recieved BIS and I no longer use blackberry, Since June 2013 I have been using Samsung S4 their records should indicate that. Please assist as soon as possible
