I have Tried to Cancel My accnt 3 months in a row

I have phone Vodacom to try cancel my account now for the past three months, and every time they say it shows on the system that I have cancelled the contract, but they keep taking the debit order off. Then the reply is, "but we will have to go and look for the voice recording where you cancelled this", and low and behold they have never ever found a voice recording and have never ever called me back. After about 16 calls my number vanishes into thin air.

My contract is still not cancelled and they have taken 3 months payment and, Increased the contract amount this month.
What now Vodacom???
