I upgraded from a blackberry to a Samsung in the first quarter of 2013. Today I look at the statements and see that I have been billed for the BIS service since the upgrade. Surely this should have been cancelled on my contract as I am not using a blackberry anymore. According to the call centre they need instruction from me to cancel it. Really??? Seeing as I upgraded to Samsung it doesn't means that I don't need BIS anymore. I upgraded via the call centre and according to the call centre the operator didn't extend common courtesy to cancel the BIS service and I have been paying to something for months now that I cant and haven't used. Seems like Vodacom has no problem taking money from customers for services they cant use. Very disappointed!!!
