Once again i see red with the red company.

I upgraded my phone over a year ago from a Blackberry to the Samsung.

Recently i noticed i am being charged for the Blackberry Internet Service, which i requested to be cancelled on my upgrade to the Samsung. I called Vodacom and requested it to be cancelled and the amounts refunded to me. This was over 2 months ago!!!

I have been pushed from pillar to post within the call centres, always promised it will be resolved within 5 days. I have now decided to stop paying my account untill this has been resolved. Why should i keep paying you money every month if you still owe me money?
As expected my account has now been suspended, i have called your call centre and your systems are down. Suppose you havent paid your own bills??

I suggest you re-activate my line TODAY, as i will not be paying for a service i am not receiving. Sort your useless call centre out and get back on line. And tell your refunds department to pull their fingers out and pay me what you have from me.

It is a pity customers need to go through such drastic measures to get your attention, but i will be leaving Vodacom shorly, so put that in your pipe. :)
