Ripping new customers off

I recently opened a iPad mini contract due to the advertised price of R279 pm which included data. However the first bill arrived for R461 and I took it that this included sign up fees etc. now I have received a second bill for the same value. This is not what I signed up for. This is not what we were sold. This is tantamount to false advertising and misrepresentation. My husband and I we're considering changing from our current SP to you for our cellphone contracts but if this is the way you conduct your business we will never move and will warn everyone to be wary of signing any contracts with you. I suggest you sort this out otherwise please cancel my contract or I will take this to the CPA
