My Sumsung Galaxy tablet was booked in on 9 September 2013 (device book-in confirmation doc. no. 799131).
It was still under guarantee at the time.
Vodacom has now had the device for 3 months and it is a daily struggle to get any feedback as to when I can expect to get my device back.
It seems there is some sort of internal dispute and I, the customer, are being kept in the dark with ZERO delivery!
Meantime I have continued to pay my data contract for the past 3 months, even though they are sitting with my date card inside my tablet.
I really just don't know what more I can do to get my device fixed and delivered back to me!!!
Wonder how long this can go on!!!
