Crazy Billing and no Help!

Well i got a Bill of R 28 600 for one month's internet usage, given the fact that i mistakenly used the wrong SIM card (my brothers) and using just over 1gig @ R2/meg... of downloads, i then reported this to the MTN Main Branch in PE about the billing mistake, i then received a detailed statement, only to find that as the ''IT" guy explained, the system adds a '0' end bit to close the a data session, in my case the end bit added 6 x '0', and R5 suddenly become R 5000, they then checked it with their ''data specialist'' in JHB, who then looked at the report and returned saying everything on billing was 100% correct, but yet the new report removed a '0' end bit and billing showed R 17 450 not R28 600 anymore, but still got billed for R 28 600... its my understanding that im not the only person to have had this Crazy billing via MTN, and is currently still paying it off monthly not to get blacklist, but would like this resolved and my money returned.
