Yesterday I bought electricity, smsed the voucher number and got a message back stating you were off line. After more than 1 hour on the phone and 7 hours later I finally received my code and was able to put in my power. Today same thing, except now I get a message that they are offline and I must contact customer care... I call the number provided and they tell me they cant assist me.

Please can someone sort this out asap... otherwise we will be having no power for new years eve.
