Purchased a Unipin power vouchers on 16 October 2013 at Supa Saver consignment on 46-50 Raleight str in Yeoville. The one voucher is not working, it did send me a voucher number but when I load the numbers it says voucher has been used though I have not used it. I bought electricity worth R250.00 (2xR100 & 1xR50) and the one that is a problem is worth R100.00.The pin number is 534640373 and Ref1668114668, S/N 0001017700482, Time:07:36 and Cashier: MASLYN Out of the 2 vouchers of R100 I GOT SMS'S FOR Both but the other number went through..only the one that reads 3035 6973 0034 1966 8593 did not go through. I emailed unipin and they direxcted me to Eskom or municipality. Its been over a month and still I have no feedback instead Eskom cannot help me either the municipality is sending me from pillar to post
