TOKEN NUMBER GIVEN TO WRONG PRESON

On 10/08/2013 I bought R300 unipin power voucher at klip supermarket in Midvaal. I have sent sms using cell 0726831936. I received reply that it apprroved with RCPT:200503830 but no token number. When I follwed up with unipin I was told that the token was sent to meter number 0500 and I must contact city power. I contacted city power who told me that they do have such meter and I must contact midvaal. I contacted midvaal who said that meter number is not thiers the meter number must have 9 numbers. After that I call Carlo at the Klip super market and he said he can not help me because Riaas at Midvaal has to me that They can not help me i have forfieted my R300. I received a call from unknown person today at about 12H30 from 0795213850. they person promised to phone back but never did. I need someone to help me get my refund or electricity for that amount.
