We bought a voucher of R200 of pre-paid electricity from unipin (2x R100). When we wanted to insert the vouchers into the meter, only one of the R100 vouchers worked successfully. The other R100 voucher pin number has already been redeemed. We contacted unipin through e-mail and explained to them the situation. They replied and asked for the pin number of the voucher. We gave them the pin number but they had never returned to us for further assistance. This was two weeks ago. I personally think this is unacceptable and very unethical of a person to just leave the situation standing. I would like to have my money returned or to get the electricity voucher I had paid for.
