I bought R200 Unipin voucher, wanted to load the electricity on the prepaid meter of my newly rented apartment but after loading/send the text for the R200, so as to receive the token but i got a message which says i need to talk to my Landlord, after the discussion with my Landlord I discovered that I need to go through a company call Impact Holding as they are in charge of the Meter. But what I want is for Unipin to refund my money, since i can not load the electricity.
