I brought a voucher at my local spar smsed the code and got a reply that the system is offline "again and as usuall". I smsed the provided number "43471" for support and got a reply that it is itron that is offline and not unipin i phoned itron and spoke to a consultant that told me it is not itron that is offline it is unipin. Now im still sitting without power and no idea who is offline and who is to blame. The service is terrible and i do not get any reply from them via e mail or sms. I bought power from unipin so unipin must provide me with answers.
